HANDY’s fun-filled Sixth Annual Spring Swing Golf Tournament, Cocktail Party and Casual Barbeque Dinner, will be held Friday April 18, 2008 at the exclusive Coral Ridge Country Club in Fort Lauderdale, home of the classic “Robert Trent Jones Designed” golf course. The tournament includes a Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Division.

The day’s and evening’s activities include:

Cocktail Party
Barbeque Style Dinner

There is something for everyone at this event, golfers and non-golfers alike. It is important to note, that one does not need to play in the tournament, to attend the cocktail party and dinner, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

Sponsorship opportunities include signage recognition, entry into the tournament or cocktail party and dinner and promotional opportunities for businesses. Silent Auction items may also be contributed. Participation, contributions and sponsorships are tax deductible less goods and services received.

This exciting event will benefit the abused, neglected abandoned and disadvantaged children of Broward County. HANDY meets these fragile children’s’ emergency needs for food, clothing and beds, sends the children to summer camp, and provides holiday gifts/parties and scholarships. HANDY’s LIFE program (Life skills, Independent living, Foundation building and Education/Employment) serves at risk teens. Join HANDY in their quest to end the damaging cycle of abuse by participating in this wonderful annual event to help Broward County’s children, who have been in bad situations, through no fault of their own.
